Are Diana F+ and Holga accessories interchangable?

The Diana F+ and Holga 120 CFN are two very similar cameras, but unfortunately, none of their dedicated accessories are interchangeable.

Some accessories do fit both cameras, like the Ringflash, but Diana F+ lenses and accessory backs do not fit on the Holga, and vice versa.
