My Lomo LC-A is broken and is within the warranty. What do I do?

If your Lomo LC-A (whether it’s a refurb, Lomo LC-A+ or Lomo LC-A+RL, just as long as it’s purchased from Lomography.com) is defective and is still in its 2-year warranty (we need a proof of purchase such as the Order ID number or your receipt), then we will be able to offer you a free repair service or a brand new camera in case of major problems.

You will have to contact Customer Service regarding your concern and they can guide you through the process of sending your camera back to us. We’ll also be needing your complete name, e-mail address, username, location, a short description of your concern, and your Lomography Order ID number (if possible).

Please be aware that this will only apply to failures in material or mechanics that have not been caused by misuse of the Lomographer.
