Here are the steps on how to do long exposures with your Lomography Colorsplash camera:

You must point the switch of the camera to the moon, to signify that you are on “Bulb” setting.

Press the shutter of the camera and hold it down. While you are doing this, you are already exposing your film
to the light. While you hold the shutter down, you are already doing a long exposure.

Depress the shutter of the camera when you are finished.
