Road to Foumban (Cameroon #1)

It was my first major travle since the pandemic hit, and oh boy it made me so happy to go to Cameroon. Among the places I went was Foumban, which is home to the Sultan Njoya. Transport is quite an issue, streets are tough and it's super expensive to take car. Mohamed did a marvellous job taking me around the holes, through the mountains and the rain. In Foumban I got in touch with a clan of artisans, one of my favourite was Mouliom Ousman, a 65 year bronze caster, who has seen quite a bit of history in Foumban.
