First attempt at some double exposures on my Mamiya TLR. Shot with a tripod and cable release on Fuji Velvia 50 iso, with the camera set to 25. Most of the images were overexposed, so I threw away the color channels and scanned the infrared channel instead. Keeping the images black and white was the only way to retain an acceptable level of detail. Fingers crossed for better results next time.

I was practically running on a new pair of bargain faux Crocs slippers I bought at the Harrison Plaza to catch the sunset at Manila Bay. There was a moment when the sky turned a bit dark like an impending rain was about to fall. But upon reaching Vito Cruz St., there was a clearing in the sky that allowed the sun's rays to majestically cast shadows along the road. So I walked briskly passing through lots of young men in white jogging in the opposite direction. They must be new recruits of the naval force. Finally reached the marina in time to capture the slow descent of the sun as it disappeared in the horizon and feel the sea breeze blowing against my face. Sunset is always a special time to cool down and clear the mind. Indeed a very relaxing sight!

Dippemess is a tradition which dates back to the 14th century. At that time, the Maamess, as it was then called, was a medieval market for domestic articles. Potters from the Westerwald, Kannebäckerland and Urberach came here to sell their wares, especially their ceramic bowls and pots. These were known in the Frankfurt dialect as 'Dippe' from which the event soon took its name. Over the years, more and more fairground booths and popular attractions joined the market as well. The Dippemess today is Frankfurt’s largest fair and a lot of fun :)

As I spent more time with her, my love for her grew, matched only by her apathy for me. But I didn't care, she was special and she made me feel special. She was popular in a way I could never have imagined. Just walking on grass felt like being on the red carpet and people came to my home day and night. I flattered myself it was me that drew them but I knew deep down they only sought a glimpse of her. She imbued even the most mundane with a surreal beauty and I envied her...envied her and loved her.

Modified the lomography Diana F+ to feed 35mm film and to shoot some sprockets. Didn't have a flash adaptor at that time so I ended up firing the flash manually with my free hand while shooting on B-mode. I captured funny and out of focus images; I can barely see a thing. LOL

The last days I went on some Lomowalks with mikahsupageel, cc-in-paris, jeabzz and redtulip in Paris and Mikah took us to the Petite Ceinture, an abandoned railway that goes around Paris. He brought his mask and we had fun shooting -Urban Ninjas- http://www.lomography.com/homes/mikahsupageek http://www.lomography.com/homes/cc-in-paris http://www.lomography.com/homes/jeabzz http://www.lomography.com/homes/redtulip
