Beautifully restored bus in the amazing glamping site called Field of Dreams. 3 hour exposure on wetted Kentmere glossy paper (long expired). The rising line on the windscreen is the afternoon climbing sun captured in the long exposure.
Sunrise captured through the boundary oaks in the Field of Dreams glamping site. 2 hour exposure on watercolour paper single coted with New Formula cyanotype solution. Few other methods could capture the track of the sun like this... imperfect in every way but captures the 'feel'!

Here are the scans of my film that arrived crushed from Lomolab. We see the white stripes due to the folds, and the scans are not "flat". I didn't try to clean or flatten it. So the scan reacted as best it could. Really a shame, I had a lot of fun with the 85mm and the Dynax 7, I can only imagine the result when I got some normal negatives. The customer's service told me they were sorry.

The Beirette Electronic is a compact camera created in 1981 by Beier - who had become a part of Pentacon the year before. It is a cheap but cute small camera, with aperture priority and zone focusing. Easy and nice to use.

The Canon Prima (or Sure shot, in the US) are very reliable cameras. The last series of them were marketed in the early 2000's so they have a lot of features in a small body, and you can easily find them brand new for a low price. I have both the the Zoom 130 and the Zoom 180, bought them brand new (box included) for 30 bucks each or so, and make very sharp and clear photos. Highly recommanded !
First photos with my M42-mount 'Sonnar' tested on the PORSTreflex CX 4: Obviously the film needs more light! Maybe the selenium cell doesn't measure correctly in relation to the lens - so two stops more apertures...
In camera cyanotype positive of ash trees against a bright sky. The exposure times for silhouette images is far shorter than for an image using reflected light. 1 hour exposure on single coated hot pressed watercolour paper using new formula cyanotype. The line in the sky is the climbing sun and it started to burn the paper!

The Dog Walker steel sculpture on the highest point of a local country park. Shot in a super basic 126 camera advancing the 35mm film by counting 8 clicks. I love the look of this on film expired 2001.
I found some more photos of Rouen, shot last year with different cameras - a Minolta AF reflex, a Reto Ultra Wide and the Sprocket Rocket.
Today, "Hotel de Bourgtheroulde", an gothic mansion from the 16th century.
