BEAUTIFUL WHITE SWAN.

Siberia. Altai. Spring. Last days of March. Every day the water level in the river is getting higher and higher. And there's still April and May ahead. I am standing on a large modern bridge over the Swan River. A new road bridge (2008) connects the banks covered with real cedar taiga. A beautiful heavenly name was given to this river from the ancient tribe of the Chelkans or in other words the Lebedints (Swan's), who have lived in these places since ancient times. According to legend, the ancestor of this tribe was once a beautiful white swan. I can't tell you how wonderful its character was, but the fiery character of this river is known to everyone, especially to the locals.
