There are a couple of things happening with this roll of film. Firstly I think my developing solution was past it's best and is probably due a well deserved refresh! Secondly, I also miscalculated (or rather forgot) that the mix was only sufficient for one roll of film in my Patterson tank. So, as you can see running the second roll has resulted in some rather cool bubble effects along the top edge. I also had a technical issue with the roll as it stopped winding resulting in only half the roll being exposed (and some slippage at the end created the lovely panoramic!)

    I may have to try this empty-ish tank trick to get some bubble action happening.

    @fartstorm it was totally by accident but easily repeated. I use a patterson tank which holds 2 x 35mm film with 280ml per film. I only had 500ml made up only realising later. I'm assuming that the bubbles are from the initial pour and the result of the regular agitations.
