Amazing story behind this photo

I was sitting in a 10 meter high look-out tower. Suppendly a car came with high speeds from the centre of this shot. Racing in the street to the left with a flat tire. After it came a policecar with lights and sirens! I just witnessed a carchase from the perfect point and recorded it with my 60 year old camera!
