@KLAWE -- Thank you for the comment! I am actually pretty happy with this frame. Had to quite a bit in post to even get it to here, but I am satisfied low contrast, mottled look of this photo. It wasn't until I started scanning this roll that I discovered that I did, in fact, shoot this roll on our way to Great Sand Dunes. Not much else on the roll worth anything, but I do like this shot. Thanks again.

@KLAWE -- totally agree. Was hoping the very punchy (at least when the cans were fresh) Accufine would have helped. @guccinathan posted some of his own Verichrome Pan pictures almost at the same time I posted these. He did a great job of pulling out some detail. Again, happy with the overall look of this frame, and if that is all I got this time I'll take it and the lessons learned happily. I appreciate the feedback and the insights. It's good to have others to add to the experience.

@KLAWE -- Sadly, I am thinking it is the Accufine. It just doesn't have any juice left to it. I just developed a roll.....or more accurately fixed a roll. The Accufine didn't turn any silver to grey; it all just washed away. I even added about 25% more development time thinking it was a little weak. Sad thing is I had some shots I think I would have been happy with on that roll. Oh well...again the agonies of analogue. I am going to try one more thing. I have some really old Tri-X that has fogged significantly from age. I am thinking if I shoot it at box speed and develop it in Accufine for 25% over processing time, I might not get the fog, but the over exposures may yield something. Not going to shoot anything I will miss this time. Accufine recommends shooting Tri-X at 1000 because it is so punchy when fresh. I figure a stop and half over with the exposure and 25% more development time to kick up the contrast may work.

@KLAWE -- This was a fresh roll of film, albeit cheap and dodgy quality controls. The latest roll was Arista-Edu 200 shot with a Diana F+.
