The first morning of our stay, we went to the Bunkyo Civic Center observation deck, just one block from our hotel. This is an administrative office tower for the Bunkyo district of Tokyo, near the Tokyo Dome complex, and it offers a free observation 25th floor deck for the very few visitors who know the spot ! Very nice indeed, for you can enjoy about 270° of the Tokyo panorama without a fee and no booking required ! We saw the Shinjuku and Ikebukuro buildings, and the Tokyo Skytree very well. There is also a funny view upon the Tokyo Dome amusement park, with the roller coaster !
