Qatar cityscape

For those who travel they say that the “it's the journey not the destination”, however these there are a few instances I would beg to differ. Being stuck on a ship for any period of time takes a toll on anyone, mentally and physically. Day to day chores become mundane and soon without warning the days start to blend into each other till you lose track of time. Once the ship drops its anchors into port time sluggishly picks up again, then you explore the new world outside. The second stop on our voyage is Doha, Qatar. Even though it is October the heat blankets this world with no forgiveness. As I was exploring the Pearl Monument my eyes were caught upon this majestic sight of the cityscape. Egaer I took out my camera to capture this view and show you this through my eyes.
