Northern States Power

Last day of Dulonos bike night - the last bike night before the restaurant closed and moved away. Not sure what's going to happen on Thursday nights in Uptown now - there isn't a motorcycle or classic car meetup going on.

@streuobst They are on the outside so that the gas company can take meter readings without needing to access the building. Handy for large apartment complexes.

@jamescat22 True - I didn't know if this roll would even work, since I don't normally use Rollei and I didn't know the expiration date on it. Most of the pictures were spur-of-the-moment, since there was a bike rally going on next to my apartment, and I didn't want to go home and change film ^__~. Thus, I attempted some candids with the IR, which didn't really work well due to the focusing issues that IR film presents. Tough to focus in the moment when you know you have to compensate.

@jamescat22 I Plan to take it to the Como Conservatory and maybe do some outdoor portraits - I think that would look nice. I would also use it in New Orleans again; the film gives an ethereal effect that blends perfectly with the "vibe" of that city.

My favorite is the one from film photography project - it is very sensitive. I am testing a roll of ilford SFX right now... will report back on results. I also have a small stash of real Kodak HIE, which is my favorite, but there's a small catch... the batch I have all has black speckles in the emulsion, which causes an odd effect. I will need to figure out how to capitalize on said flaw before using it all.
