   @neufotomacher It is, first I mounted C mount adapter to the camera, then mounted lens on D to C mount adapter and finally coupled camera and lens together, and voila! It was easier than it looks from my description. There is a D mount to micro four thirds adapter sold by small manufacturer but I made this while ago myself before discovered them.
