Beyond the Archer

In the far east of Poland there's one of the last Tatars villages, with wooden mosque, a jurta and a muslim cemetery. I made me think about the vast terrories that are both Asia and Europe and how humans have been travelling and living those spaces since centuries. I took this shot pointing at one of those turistic headframes: there was a whole landscape beyond the 2d figure of the Tatar archer.
